- The team is looking for an entry level quality systems specialist for a heavily computer based position. The position is needed due to increased workload across the quality team, they are needing a team player to join in and assist with repetitive/entry level quality tasks. Supports reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements in the development of quality assurance plans. Assists with maintenance of Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics. Collects data to support analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of routine problems. Collects data to support research and analysis of performance reports to improve process capability. Collects data to support Quality source selection activity. Supports preparation for hardware, software and system level audits. Compiles data for material review disposition. Works under close supervision.
Required Skills:
- Experience of organizing, auditing and bookkeeping quality records.
- Basic knowledge of Quality Management System.
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite Skills.
- Abilities to work any shift, weekend as required based on business need.
- Team player who is flexible with workload and shift hours.
Education / Experience:
- Typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
