General Motors in Grand Rapids is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist. You will serve as SME for Fast Response, oversee BIQ activities, and publish plant quality metrics to HQ.
You will mentor manufacturing teams and maintain Grand Rapids Operating Procedures, including audits and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a BS in Engineering, 3+ years in manufacturing, and ability to work weekends/overtime.
This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Grand Rapids Operations on a full-time basis. This role may be eligible for relocation benefits. The successful candidate will be assigned to 1st shift; occasional overtime and weekends are expected.
