Job summary

GE Vernova in Bangor, Maine seeks a Quality Management System & Continuous Improvement Leader to drive QMS effectiveness and continuous improvement across value streams. You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Plant Leadership to elevate processes and customer satisfaction.

With 5+ years in engineering/manufacturing/quality, you will lead problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and CAPA, while coaching teams in 8D, 5-Whys, PFMEA, and BIQ sustainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering/manufacturing/quality experience.
• Strong background and knowledge of Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate QMS effectiveness through audits, reviews, metrics, and trends.
• Implement and sustain QMS improvements at the Bangor Plant.
• Drive standardization of procedures, work instructions, and system expectations.
