Job summary

Webco Industries, Inc. seeks a Quality Systems Manager to oversee quality across Kellyville, OK and Mannford, OK facilities. You will lead the IMS team, implement ISO-aligned quality systems, and drive initiatives to improve reliability and customer satisfaction.

Postgraduate degree is optional; a Bachelor's with 5 years in quality leadership is acceptable. The role focuses on audits, CAPA, and automotive core tools within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5 years of quality engineering experience in a lead role.
• ISO 9001 certification
• Six Sigma certification
• Experience with QMS implementation, audits and compliance
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management
• Root cause analysis including CAPA and Ishikawa
• Automotive core tools: PPAP, APQP, MSA

Webco Industries Inc. seeks Quality Systems Manager for Kellyville, OK and Mannford, OK facilities. Responsible for ensuring that all products, materials, and processes meet or exceed internal and customer quality standards. Leads the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) team, establishes, implements, and maintains quality systems and procedures in compliance with ISO, customer, and regulatory requirements. Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

In lieu of Master’s degree, will accept Bachelor’s in same specified fields + 5 years of the same specified experience.

• Master’s in Quality Engineering, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or other closely related field.
• 2 years’ experience in quality engineering in a lead role.
• ISO 9001 certification
• Six Sigma certification
• Quality Management Systems implementation, audits and compliance standards
