New Horizons Baking Company has been a trusted supplier of ready-to-eat hamburger buns and English muffins since 1967. We proudly serve over 2,000 quick-service restaurants across the Midwest as well as national retail and sandwich makers.
Our new state-of-the-art Columbus, Ohio facility—opening in early 2025—features advanced production technology, including a high-speed line capable of producing over 8,000 hamburger buns per hour.

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 (based on experience)

The Quality Systems Manager is responsible for leading food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance programs at New Horizons Baking Company. This role oversees Quality Assurance and Sanitation department functions, ensuring compliance with GFSI standards, regulatory requirements, and internal food safety and quality systems.
As a key member of the site leadership team, this position drives continuous improvement in food safety, sanitation, and quality performance and serves as the GFSI Compliance Lead and HACCP Team Leader for the facility.
