Job summary

Smalley Steel Ring Company is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to lead the Quality Engineering Department's QMS/EMS responsibilities. The role maintains registrations (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485, ISO 14001) and collaborates on new initiatives while ensuring compliance across the organization.

The candidate will review audit impacts, drive investigations, and support process improvements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years related experience.
• Experience implementing and maintaining QMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains certifications and registrations for QMS/EMS.
• Schedules and performs internal/external quality and environmental audits.
• Reviews and ensures applicable environmental laws and regulations are met.
• Reports audit results to top management and tracks QMS/EMS status.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
