Job summary

Stratasys Direct Manufacturing seeks a Manager of Quality Systems to lead the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with AS9100/ISO standards and customer satisfaction. You will oversee inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

The role requires seven years of quality control and manufacturing leadership, strong GD&T interpretation, and proven ability to drive quality improvements and cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 7+ years in quality control or manufacturing operations.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems; audits experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain QMS processes; ensure effectiveness.
• Maintain compliance with AS and ISO certifications.
• Plan, conduct, and document internal audits; coordinate third-party audits.
• Lead customer quality system audits; promote awareness of requirements across the org.
• Forecast and plan staffing to meet business needs; manage department costs.
• Develop and maintain Quality Work Instructions for customer and part-specific needs.
• Oversee inspection activities to ensure conformity; provide performance reports to top management.
• Drive cost-of-quality reduction initiatives; implement quality tools and process improvements.
