Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Quality Manager in Burlington, NC, responsible for leading the design and implementation of robust Quality Management Systems (QMS). This role involves overseeing quality assurance and control in manufacturing and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality, along with professional certifications, and proven experience in managing quality systems compliant with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and implementing Quality Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and experience in ISO-compliant systems.
• Hands-on experience with quality tools including SPC and FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO.
• Oversee quality assurance and control activities in manufacturing.
• Lead internal and external quality audits and corrective actions.
