Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in quality systems, process improvement, or compliance in a regulated industry (aerospace preferred).
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and regs: AS9120, ASA-100, ISO 9001, FAA/EASA requirements.
• Experience conducting internal/process audits; lead auditor or internal auditor training preferred.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and manage corrective actions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and document internal audits; close findings with corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data (KPIs, trends, audit results, customer feedback) to identify risks and improvements.
• Lead corrective action investigations using root-cause analysis; verify action effectiveness.
• Drive process standardization, documentation updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support external and customer audits and certifications.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Sales, Training, and Management to integrate quality requirements.
• Assist with training and awareness of quality systems and metrics.
