Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related experience in a quality setting.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access (U.S. citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Serve as the Quality Management Representative.
• Lead MRB and RCCA teams for non-conformances and root-cause actions.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop future state projects, goals, and timelines.
• Schedule and lead effective meetings.
• Develop and conduct training and verify effectiveness of training.
• Author or revise documents such as procedures and standard operating procedures.
