Job summary

LINDAL North America, Inc. in Columbus (IN) is seeking a Quality Management professional to maintain and enhance the site QMS, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and group standards. You will manage audits, document control, CAPA, and non-conformances while driving continuous improvement.

You will train site leadership on ISO/BRC systems, align local QMS with the group, and work with sister sites to share best practices to deliver top-quality products for customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role or function.
• Solid knowledge of QMS, Quality Assurance, document control and CAPA.
• Experience aligning local QMS with group standards and leading audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the site QMS in line with ISO9001 and other standards.
• Manage internal audits, document control, CAPA, and non-conformances.
• Lead training on relevant ISO Standards & BRC systems for leadership and supervisors.
• Collaborate with sister sites and external parties to share best practices.
