Job summary

Broderson Manufacturing Corporation seeks a Quality Engineer to drive continuous improvement of quality systems, standards, and processes within our manufacturing operations. This role partners cross‑functionally to manage corrective actions, support ISO 9001 compliance, improve product quality, and strengthen supplier and customer satisfaction through data‑driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology from a four‑year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong MS Excel skills, with ability to apply statistics, analyze data, and create metrics.

Responsibilities

• Creation and/or continuous improvement of company quality standards, methods, and processes.
• Management of SCAR and ICAR processes, tracing quality concerns to root cause and establishing permanent countermeasures.
• Active participation in internal quality processes including receiving inspection, first article inspection, nonconforming material control, and final inspection.
