Job summary

A leading quality management firm in Sugar Land, Texas is looking for a Quality System Engineer. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with TL9000 and ISO 9001 standards. The engineer will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance and support audits. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering and has experience in environmental compliance, coupled with fluency in Mandarin and English. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with RoHS and REACH compliance.
• Familiarity with UL and IEC/EN product safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the corporate Quality Management System.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Manage product compliance documentation and reports.

Skills

Knowledge of ISO 9001

Strong understanding of ESG

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective communication skills

Professional-level fluency in both Mandarin and English

Education
