Job summary

Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US in Bryan, OH is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to support internal inspection and quality documentation.

This salaried role reports to the Quality Manager and focuses on certifications, process controls, and continuous improvement across QT9, GembaDocs, and SPC systems. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in quality engineering, strong ISO 9001 knowledge, and hands-on experience with measurement tools and auditing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality engineering experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Associate degree in engineering or business required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer, supplier, and product lists using internal systems (QT9, Gemba Docs).
• Create inspection plans and organize Q/Sample/Launch part families meeting industry and customer specs.
• Lead audits and coordinate records completion (NCR, CAR, VNP, complaints).
• Assist QC technicians with calibration and SPC issues as needed.
