Job summary

Watlow’s Advanced Technology Center in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking a Quality Management System Engineer II to shape and sustain excellence within the Quality team.

You’ll develop and maintain the QMS meeting ISO 9001:2015, spearheading audits for regulatory compliance and customer certifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement; travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• QMS experience in a regulated industry.
• Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams during audits.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work safely by following safety rules and proactively offering suggestions to enhance and maintain a secure work environment.
• Lead QMS-related initiatives and auditing functions, coordinating cross-departmental teams.
• Prepare and maintain the Quality Management System to meet compliance standards.
• Plan, conduct, and manage internal and external audits for customers and regulatory bodies.
• Address and close post-audit actions to maintain certifications.
• Provide QMS training to employees.
• Lead management reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement projects.
• Travel up to 25% for audits, training, and compliance activities.
