Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer in Los Angeles to strengthen AS9100 quality processes across production and supplier interfaces. You will interpret customer requirements and implement quality controls to minimize disruptions.

Collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, and Software teams, you will manage non-conformities, train staff, and ensure audit readiness in an aerospace-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related STEM field.
• 3+ years in quality engineering or quality systems, preferably in aerospace/defense.
• Deep knowledge of AS9100 standards and audits.
• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into processes and document quality actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer-specific quality requirements and integrate into quality systems.
• Lead customer audits and prepare production teams for assessments.
• Design procedures, work instructions, and control plans for compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to embed quality in workflows.
