Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to oversee quality, environmental, health, and food safety programs at the Salt Lake City plant. You will drive continuous improvement, lead the EHS team, and coordinate with customers to address quality concerns and audits.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, extensive experience in corrugated manufacturing, lean tools expertise, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, statistics, or engineering.
• Seven years' experience in corrugated manufacturing operations.
• Five years' experience with lean tools (root cause analysis, five whys, FMEA).
• Experience with food safety and managing food programs.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain a culture ofContinuous Improvement across the plant by developing and implementing the plant's action plan to meet corporate and customer quality and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to manage, maintain, and improve manufacturing quality and food safety systems including data collection, reporting, and quality checklists.
• Lead EHS programs including trainings and audits; serve as main contact for EHS group.
• Analyze production and incident data; identify root cause; implement quality and safety protocols.
• Lead communication with customers to address concerns and translate feedback into action plans.
