GlaxoSmithKline in Zebulon, North Carolina, is seeking a leader to enhance quality systems supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline and 8+ years of experience in the field.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives using lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve quality and maintain compliance. The work model is hybrid, allowing flexibility for remote work based on manager agreement.
We manufacture and supply reliable, high‑quality medicines and vaccines to meet patients' needs and drive our performance. Our network of 37 manufacturing sites delivered 1.7 billion packs of medicines and 409 million vaccine doses in 2024 to positively impact the health of millions of people.
You will lead and strengthen quality systems that support safe, compliant, and reliable manufacturing and laboratory operations. Working closely with site teams, technical experts, and external partners, you will maintain strong processes and clear data, driving safe patient supply and supporting GSK's mission to unite science, technology, and talent to fight disease.
This role is hybrid. You will be expected to work on‑site regularly, with flexibility for remote work as agreed with your manager.
