Job summary

GSK is seeking a senior Quality Systems professional to lead and strengthen quality systems supporting safe, compliant, and reliable manufacturing and laboratory operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific/technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in a commercial pharmaceutical manufacturing facility with supervisory roles.
• Fundamental understanding of digital systems, tools to drive continuous improvement, and lean six sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive the Quality digital strategy in collaboration with site and central functions, including smart manufacturing initiatives.
• Provide leadership for the site data integrity and governance program.
• Lead improvements using lean six sigma to advance quality within the GSK production system.
• Ensure training compliance and maintain training records for relevant personnel.
• Manage local updates to site quality digital systems (e.g., VQMS, MERP) through change management.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the Quality Improvement Plan and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of quality systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation systems ensuring regulatory compliance and accessibility.
• Drive initiatives for Quality Culture at site.
