Actalent in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a Quality Systems Analytics Engineer to drive data-driven quality and regulatory initiatives. Based onsite, you will develop and maintain analytics using Power BI, SQL, and Excel, turning data into actionable insights to improve patient safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Power BI proficiency to develop dashboards and reports.
• SQL to extract and manipulate data from databases.
• Experience analyzing data to draw conclusions and recommend actions.
• Familiarity with FDA and ISO guidelines.
• Track record in process improvement initiatives.
• Openness to AI and emerging technology for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild and redesign analytics framework to support Quality and Regulatory strategies.
• Maintain a Power BI report and evolve it into a comprehensive analytics solution.
• Design and implement new Power BI dashboards, charts, and reports.
• Automate data refreshes and report distribution workflows.
• Collaborate with Excel users to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Automate Excel charts, formulas, and related processes.
• Connect to multiple data sources (Excel, ERP, calibration programs) for analysis.
• Diagnose data issues and ensure data accuracy for reporting.
• Visualize data, interpret trends, and support decision-making.
• Identify errors, recommend corrective actions, and support improvements in quality and regulatory processes.
• Support CAPA projects with robust data analysis and reporting.
• Stay informed about AI advances and apply relevant capabilities.
• Ensure analytics align with FDA and ISO guidelines.
