Qualifications

• 2+ years of documentation experience in the food industry.
• Knowledge of quality systems to ensure food safety and quality.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.
• Experience with quality systems documentation in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of documentation with quality policy and SQF elements.
• Collaborate with departments during initial product setup.
• Develop knowledge of plant floor activities.
• Support maintenance of SQF certification.
• Support maintenance of Kosher, RSPO, and Organic certifications.
• Document control and record keeping.
• Equipment calibration/verification.
• Maintain high attention to detail.
