Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1-2 years of quality-related work in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with supporting quality audits, product inspections & document control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality records, reports, and corrective action documentation.
• Support and reinforce QMS processes and work instructions (ISO 9001 preferred).
• Perform process and product inspections; assist with final inspections as required.
• Maintain calibration systems and perform assigned calibrations.
• Oversee Material Review Board (MRB) activities for nonconforming materials.
• Conduct internal, compliance, and surveillance audits.
• Investigate customer complaints and support continuous improvement efforts.
