ImpactLife in Davenport, IA is seeking a Quality Support Services Specialist to help track non-compliance issues and ensure corrective actions are developed. This role supports the quality batch release process and may assist with regulatory inspections.

The position offers a Monday–Friday day shift with weekend and holiday rotation, emphasizing precision, adherence to regulated processes, and clear communication of deviations to the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in regulated industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience following regulated written processes required.
• High attention to detail is required.
• Strong ability to communicate deviations in processes to other team members both written and verbally is required.
