A well-established, privately‑held, manufacturer of CNC precision machined components, is searching for a hands‑on Quality Supervisor to lead frontline quality assurance operations. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of quality technicians and inspectors

• Oversee calibration processes and coordinate inspection documentation
• Serve as the quality point of contact on the shop floor for operators and leadership

Requirements

• Be able to do the job as described
• Bachelor of Science degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience supervising quality teams in a CNC machining environment
• Experience with Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMMs)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems, PPAPs, and GD&T
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coach and develop technicians
• Detail‑oriented and hands‑on with a passion for operational excellence

Benefits

• Base salary: $85,000–$105,000 depending on background and experience and discretionary bonus
