Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is seeking a Quality Supervisor in Otsego, MI to lead a team of Quality Technicians and Inspectors. You will develop and implement quality control procedures, analyze production data, and drive improvements to meet customer specifications.

Required are 5+ years in quality assurance within manufacturing, 2+ years in supervision, and strong knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001/AS9100/IATF 16949). Experience with CAPA, Lean/Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related technical field.
• 5+ years of quality assurance/control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
