Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or related science.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in laboratory environments—cosmetics or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and microbiological testing methodologies.
• Natural leader with problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of QA and QC professionals to meet production goals while upholding GMP and FDA standards.
• Tackle quality issues, provide guidance, and ensure timely resolutions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Conduct investigations, root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to elevate quality.
• Participate in audits, refine processes, and ensure documentation is flawless for launches and transfers.
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve excellence and grow professionally.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering, and Production to ensure seamless operations.
