Qualifications

  • 5 years of direct experience in a Quality Management role for an AISC or ISO certified fabrication shop.
  • Experience with AISC certifications and related audit processes.
  • Experience in customer interactions, audits, and field issue resolution

Responsibilities

  • Lead and foster a culture of quality at their operating location.
  • Engage team and improve Safety of all NTS operations.
  • Directly responsible for day-to-day quality activities at their division.
  • Directly responsible for building, coaching and mentoring the quality team at their division.
  • Tracking and reporting on quality performance, back charges, re-work, etc for all departments.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and audit established procedures internally and externally, Lead, train, coach, and develop Quality Department personnel on quality requirements, procedures,
  • Identify potential areas of risk and make recommendations.
  • This position will be in Crawfordsville, IN but may require occasional travel to other production facilities, job sites, vendors/suppliers, etc. on an as required basis.
