Job summary

American Battery Solutions (ABS) is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee facility-wide production quality, participate in new production line development, and ensure SOP readiness. The role leads quality technicians, collaborates with MQE, SQE, and operations to meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering, 3+ years of manufacturing quality experience, and 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of quality experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience for quality team members.

Responsibilities

• Support quality systems in compliance with IATF16949 QMS.
• Lead quality technicians and coordinate site calibration program.
• Monitor production standards and drive process improvements.
• Participate in MRB & NCR meetings to resolve supplier quality issues.
• Ensure incoming materials meet specifications and testing standards.
• Produce regular quality performance reports and maintain audit records.
