Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent accepted.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Strong understanding of products and the production process, Lean Principles and employee relations.
• Comprehensive understanding of internal and external quality systems and standards.
• Commitment to ethical business practices and respectful treatment of employees.
• Ability to focus on problems and resolve them in a timely manner.
• NDT certification preferred.
• Familiarity with dimensional metrology preferred.
• Background in CQI 15 – Special Weld Processes Certified preferred.
