Job summary

Dana Canada Corp. is seeking a senior Quality Manager with at least 10 years of quality leadership experience. The role requires strong knowledge of IATF16949, ISO and AIAG standards, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Global exposure and cross-functional leadership are highly valued as the company drives quality across manufacturing and supplier networks. Ideal candidates will have ASQ certification, proven problem-solving abilities, and the ability to lead diverse teams

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Education and Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Quality with significant managerial / leadership experience. Significant global experience strongly preferred.
• Experience as previous Quality Manager strongly preferred.
• Experience working in function other than quality (process engineering, manufacturing engineering, material planning, etc.) at plant or corporate level desired but not required.
• ASQ or equivalent certification
• Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO and AIAG requirements is mandatory.
• Motivated individual who accepts responsibility.
• Excellent organizational, team building, problem solving, planning, decision‑making & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English language skills with secondary language capability desirable.
• Proficiency in written and oral communications; PC software; and presentation skills.
