Job summary

CM Truck Beds seeks a Quality Supervisor at the Madill, OK plant to lead the QC Inspectors and own the quality program end-to-end. The role focuses on driving RCCA/MRB, reducing warranty defects, and implementing robust QA systems.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Purchasing to identify root causes and elevate quality performance, including developing operator training and 5S practices. A strong leader with 5+ years in manufacturing quality is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience, including leadership/mentoring experience.
• Associate degree or technical certification in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of RCCA, MRB, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience building or improving a quality program.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, welding specs, and paint/coating specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to build tracking tools/dashboards for KPI reporting.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting quality performance to plant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive RCCA and coordinate MRB across the plant for CI efforts.
• Lead QC Inspectors and provide technical guidance on quality matters.
• Reduce top warranty drivers with measurable YoY targets.
• Support structured problem-solving and Kaizen events.
• Design and implement in-process and final inspection standards.
• Own quality KPI reporting to Plant Manager.
• Partner with Engineering, Production, and Purchasing on root causes.
• Develop and audit Standard Work; drive 5S across work areas.
• Lead operator training programs for quality standards and inspection techniques.
• Serve as primary contact for audits, including ISO 9001 compliance.
• Build foundation for a formal QMS as plant grows.
