Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is partnering with Fremont-based manufacturers to hire a Quality Supervisor who will lead quality teams and drive product standards across manufacturing processes. Qualifications

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with a variety of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, welding, fabrication).
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

Supervise and train quality control inspectors on testing procedures and quality standards.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans for manufacturing processes.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, implementing corrective actions.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality inspection equipment.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to integrate quality into new product development and process improvements.
