Job summary

Silfex Inc., a Lam Research Company, is seeking a Final Inspection Lead to direct inspection activities across production lines. You will ensure adherence to safety, quality, and EHS standards while coordinating with maintenance and metrology teams to optimize throughput.

Responsibilities include maintaining the Quality Management System, coaching staff, and driving continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma practices, with emphasis on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent is required with 6+ years of related experience as an individual contributor; or equivalent work experience.
• Lean Thinking and Six Sigma training; Green Belt certification preferred.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and influence others without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates Final Inspection activities in support of production departments.
• Follow all safety policies and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and quality system procedures.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the Quality Management System and quality procedures.
• Plan inspection requirements by reviewing production orders, schedules, and data.
• Coordinate inspection activities to meet specifications and delivery dates.
• Oversee quality department systems and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Coach team members and establish performance goals and continuous improvements.
