Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to lead a team of Quality Inspectors in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Reno, NV. You will develop and maintain quality control systems, ensure compliance with standards, and work closely with engineering to improve quality documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Must have previous supervision of quality inspectors.
• Experience in manufacturing QC processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Quality inspection operations.
• Flexibility in working hours to meet customer demand.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and inspection processes and their application.
• Understand all platforms, inspection points and quality processes.
• Understand all QC inspection areas.
• Prevent failures by ensuring inspectors follow training and procedures.
• Perform failure analyses and corrective actions for QC findings.
• Suggest and implement improvement ideas for product, process or business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing teams to meet quality standards.
