Job summary

Pebble is seeking a driven Quality Supervisor/Engineer to lead the internal quality inspection team at our Fremont final assembly facility. You will own quality across incoming, in-process, and outgoing production, upholding our Zero Defects philosophy and coordinating with the China-based contract manufacturer to catch and correct defects before they recur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 3+ years as a Quality Control Engineer/Supervisor.
• 2+ years quality experience in a production environment.
• Experience leading or supervising an inspection or quality team.
• Experience writing quality process documentation, work instructions, or quality alerts.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers or suppliers, ideally in China or overseas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the internal quality inspection team across IQC, IPQC, OQC, and EOL.
• Create and maintain quality process docs, work instructions, and inspection criteria.
• Author and post quality alerts to flag defects and drive corrective action.
• Serve as primary quality contact with contract manufacturers, communicating defects and actions.
• Lead root cause analyses (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa) and drive CAPA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality controls.
• Identify and implement design, process, and equipment improvements.
