Qualifications

• 1–3 years in manufacturing required; 6 months quality experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential.
• Proficiency with computers, data entry, and basic typing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Attain and maintain quality standards for bottles per drawings, specs and QA procedures.
• Set up, monitor, and administer the quality of finished product and packaging.
• Enforce safety, health, GMP and company policies.
• Maintain quality reports and related documentation.
• Coordinate quality activity with other departments to meet plant objectives.
• Setup and maintain product files in Infinity QS data collection.
• Develop and analyze statistical data and control charts.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects.
• Lead quality staff in absence of the Quality Manager.
• Assist in customer complaints investigations and corrective actions.
