Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CSSBB).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management standards.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior quality personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of Quality Control Technicians.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
