ERMCO is seeking aQuality Supervisor to join our quality team at our Bristol, WI site. This role is essential in ensuring product quality through inspections, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections at all stages of production to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
  • Operate within the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate inspection and test reports.
  • Analyze test data and report deviations from specifications.
  • Identify opportunities for quality improvements and implement solutions.
  • Communicate quality or compliance concerns promptly.
  • Complete and track Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMRs).
  • Support other quality-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and understand technical specifications, instructions, memos, and documents.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for small group and one-on-one interactions.
  • Practical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
  • Strong skills in Statistical analysis.
  • Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and data recording.
  • Ability to interpret batch records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Familiarity with test equipment and quality control procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and tools in standardized situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-year experience in Quality Control/Assurance.
  • Knowledge of transformer components manufacturing is a plus.
