Job summary

Mann in Wichita Falls, TX seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead the facility's Quality Management System and drive improvements in quality, efficiency, waste reduction, and cost savings. You will manage customer complaints, corrective actions, and root cause analysis while aligning with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain to raise product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with quality audits, corrective actions and root cause analysis.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred; knowledge of quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001) desired.

• Lead and maintain the facility's Quality Management System (QMS)

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality systems, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with quality audits, corrective actions, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical documents, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, TS 16949, ISO 14001, or similar quality management systems desired
• Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment and production systems
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the US
