The Quality Supervisor is responsible for establishing, implementing, and directing the quality systems to ensure that requirements for processing products and services, and other materials, into finished goods and products conform to quality standards and customer requirements.
The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for working to and enforcing STC’s Quality principles:
General:
The Quality Supervisor has authority for personnel actions and oversees day-to-day operations of the Inspection team. He/she is also responsible for the throughput, pace, and cost of the department.
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for: providing labor to perform STC internal tool calibrations and/or repairs, as required; to maintain records in accordance with all applicable standards; training of Inspectors performing calibration activities, or other designated personnel, to perform calibration activities.
The compensation range for this position is $59,700- $89,500, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonus plan.

Total Rewards
