Job summary

EOSOL Group is hiring a Quality Supervisor to oversee quality across our US-based photovoltaic projects. You’ll lead quality control efforts, manage documents, conduct inspections and audits, and partner with project teams to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in a quality function, strong English (C1), and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a fast-paced renewable energy environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven experience in a Quality role within photovoltaic projects or similar construction/engineering settings.
• English at C1 level (spoken and written) is essential for cross-team communication.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Proven problem-solving skills and proactive approach to continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Quality Supervisor, you'll be the guardian of excellence! Your main mission will be to oversee and ensure that all quality standards are met and exceeded throughout our US-based photovoltaic projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to dive deep into the technical aspects of solar projects and play a crucial role in their successful delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Supervising Quality: Leading quality control efforts and ensuring compliance with all project specifications and industry standards. You'll be the go-to person for all things quality!
• Document Control: Managing and maintaining all project-related documentation. Accuracy and organization are your superpowers here!
• Inspections & Audits: Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify potential issues and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to foster a culture of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Reporting: Preparing detailed quality reports and performance metrics for management.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Quality role, at least within 1 photovoltaic project. If you've been in the solar trenches before, that’s a huge plus!
• Language Skills: You need to be a communication whiz! A minimum of C1 level in English (both spoken and written) is absolutely essential. You'll be interacting with various stakeholders, so clarity and fluency are key.
• Technical Acumen: A good understanding of quality management principles and practices in construction or engineering projects.
• Attention to Detail: You've got eyes like a hawk when it comes to spotting discrepancies and ensuring everything is just right.
• Problem-Solving Skills: You can tackle challenges head-on and find effective solutions.
