Job summary

NOV Tuboscope is seeking a Western Region Quality Supervisor to lead quality initiatives across multiple facilities and drive continuous improvement. You will partner with operations, support ISO and API standards, and influence outcomes with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality and/or NDT experience in OCTG, downhole tools, or specialty oilfield services
• Strong knowledge of EMI, UT, MT, PT, and VT inspection methods
• Experience with ISO 9001 and API standards (API 5CT, API Q1/Q2)
• A passion for solving problems, coaching teams, and improving operations
• The ability to influence without authority and build strong customer relationships
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
