As the Quality Supervisor, you'll support quality throughout Mid-City Foundry's Grafton operation, with responsibility for process control, production quality, process documentation, and oversight of laboratory operations. You'll work closely with the VP of Quality, plant leadership, production teams, and the Foundry Lab Technician to maintain standards, investigate quality issues, and strengthen processes.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands foundry or metallurgy environments and is comfortable moving between the production floor, quality documentation, scrap and corrective-action review, sample tracking, and lab support.
You’ll also have the opportunity to bring a fresh perspective to process improvement, create and maintain procedures and work instructions, and help ensure quality requirements are understood and followed across the operation.
