Job summary

Evergen, a global CDMO in regenerative medicine, seeks a Quality Supervisor in Alachua, FL. The role oversees daily QC operations, drives KPIs, and leads quality programs across multiple sites. A strong background in regulated quality and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of quality experience in a regulated environment.
• 2+ years of direct leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP, QMS software, and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily Quality Control operations, ensuring timely review, inspection, and release activities while balancing customer commitments, departmental priorities, and business objectives.
• Develops, monitors, and communicates area performance metrics, trends, and KPIs to drive accountability and visibility.
• Supports resource planning by identifying capacity constraints and future requirements to support growth.
• Leads development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Control processes, procedures, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and record keeping.
• Supervises personnel through coaching, performance management, and training.
• Leads investigations related to quality events and deviations, facilitating root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Partners with Manufacturing, QA, Engineering, Logistics to remove barriers and improve throughput.
• Oversees scheduling, staffing, PTO management, workload prioritization, and cross-training for business continuity.
• Supports internal audits, regulatory inspections, and inspections readiness by maintaining records and processes.
• Conducts team meetings and performance reviews to align objectives with customer requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
