Job summary

The JOY FM is seeking a Quality Operations Supervisor to lead QA and QC in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will supervise quality personnel, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

You will coach teams, manage KPIs, investigate deviations, support CAPA and change control, and ensure timely release of materials and finished products.

Strong leadership, GMP knowledge, root-cause analysis, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of quality supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Experience conducting investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Summary: A growing manufacturer in a highly regulated industry is seeking a Quality Operations Supervisor to lead quality assurance and quality control activities within a production environment. This position is responsible for supervising quality personnel, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards, supporting investigations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and develop Quality Assurance and Quality Control team members.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and training to employees.
• Establish performance expectations and monitor departmental KPIs.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate staffing and workload priorities to meet operational objectives.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure timely release of raw materials and finished products.
• Oversee nonconforming material controls and product investigations.
• Review and approve quality deviations, nonconformances, and out-of-specification findings.
• Support customer complaint investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain quality oversight of manufacturing operations.
• Assist with validation activities, stability programs, environmental monitoring, equipment calibration, and compliance initiatives.
• Support CAPA, change control, and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
