Helps to identify and schedule appropriate education and training requirements for personnel. o Helps to investigate all customer complaints regarding quality, initiates and coordinates appropriate actions to prevent further occurrences. o Maintain quality records and documents as required by contract or internal procedures. o Responsible for supporting and ensuring compliance to ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems along with customer specific quality programs and processing requirements. o Complies with all company rules, policies, and procedures. Works and behaves safely by following all safety rules and regulations. o Evaluates subordinate’s achievements to ensure departmental and plant objectives are met. o Provide leadership and technical support for BY projects to improve products. o Performs any task required to support customer requirements and company goals. o Provides BU Management with analysis of quality data. o Provides training on all Quality issues within the BU. o Responsible for calibrating all measurement tools within the BU. o Identifies opportunities and takes action to build strategic relationships between teams to help achieve business objectives. o Identifies and understands issues, problems and opportunities, compares data from different sources to draw conclusions, use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solution. o Interacts with others in a way that gives them confidence in one’s intentions and those of the organization. o Sets high standards of performance for self and others; assumes responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks. o Other duties as assigned. o Adhere to ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, and OSHAS 18001 certification o Requires regular attendance per the schedule assigned by supervisor.
