Job summary

Vayan Group in Concord, NC is seeking a Quality Supervisor/Project Coordinator to oversee on-site quality and containment activities, support mechanical rework, and coordinate small teams during site launches.

You will supervise quality work, ensure adherence to specifications, and communicate with customers, supervisors, and inspectors. A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field or 5–7 years’ experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality and Containment supervisory roles.
• Experience with dimensional inspections using precision tools (calipers, pin gauges, micrometers, height gauges).
• Mechanical or rework experience required.
• Engineering background or education.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Flexible to work varying hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Overview

Vayan Group is seeking a Quality Supervisor/Project Coordinator to support quality and containment projects at our Concord, NC location. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, experience in rework or containment, and a hands-on approach to project coordination. The Project Coordinator will oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards are met, and support site launches and small team activities.
