Job summary

Arena Family of Companies in the Los Angeles, CA area is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the quality team, strengthen food safety, and partner with operations to raise plant standards.

You will oversee audits, customer requirements, and drive root cause analysis while bringing structure to quality systems and documentation, all while developing technicians in a growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing quality role (Quality Engineer/Lead/Supervisor)
• Working knowledge of SQF or BRC, HACCP, and GMPs
• Confident leader with a positive, steady approach

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of quality technicians on the production floor
• Own day-to-day quality and food safety programs, including audits and customer requirements
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions that actually stick
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and plant leadership to prevent issues before they start
• Bring structure and consistency to quality systems and documentation

A global manufacturing leader in the Los Angeles area is hiring a Quality Supervisor to lead their quality team, strengthen food safety and process control, and partner closely with operations to raise the bar across the plant. What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of quality technicians on the production floor

What you bring

• Prior experience in a quality role such as Quality Engineer, Quality Lead, Quality Supervisor, or Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of GFSI standards (SQF or BRC), HACCP, and GMPs
• Confidence leading people and holding a high standard with a positive, steady approach
• A stable career track record and a desire to grow with one organization
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field preferred
