IT Job Board - Tech Jobs Portal in USA is seeking a hands-on QA Supervisor to lead a quality team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role requires sound decision-making backed by data and a strong partnership with production on the floor.

You will oversee technicians, perform lab testing (microbiology, pH, Brix, water activity, fats and solids), and drive corrective actions while supporting audits and continuous improvement across shifts.

We're seeking a proactive QA Supervisor to lead a quality team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position requires someone who can make sound decisions, stand behind them with facts and data, and build strong partnerships with production.

What You'll Do As The QA Supervisor

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Quality Technicians.
• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, ensuring quality and food safety standards are met.

What We Are Looking For In The QA Supervisor

• Quality assurance leadership experience in food manufacturing, preferably dairy.
• Hands-on laboratory and microbiological testing experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the confidence to challenge decisions using facts and data.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• HACCP, SQF, PCQI certification, or food safety audit experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to support production teams across shifts as needed.
