What We Offer:Timken Aurora Bearing is seeking a hands-on Quality Supervisor to lead our Receiving, Final Inspection, Metrology, and Conformity Lab teams. This role directs daily inspection operations, leads a team of quality employees, and partners with operations, purchasing, and engineering to ensure product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. The Quality Supervisor will support AS9100 audits, supplier PPAP/FAI processes, and MRB disposition activities while helping drive KPI performance.
The starting base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 annually and is commensurate on experience and education. This position is also eligible to participate in the company's short-term incentive program.
